It lists your monthly estimate at 62, at full retirement age and at 70. Enter the one you plan to use, and the age it starts. Type 0 if you won't receive any.
The cut is on by default and counts only in the benefit years from the year chosen (2033 to start with). The starting choices follow the 2026 trustees report: the retirement fund runs out in late 2032 and about 78% of benefits could then be paid, a cut of 22% from 2033. If Congress lets the retirement and disability funds share money, the cut is 17% from 2034. These are projections, not decisions: Congress can change the law. Choose your own year and size.
